Millie Camp is a dear friend of Summer Huffine for seven years! After already being a hairstylist, Millie could still see the amount of effort and dedication Summer was putting into her business. She currently works with Summer as a nail tech at Willow Salon, and over time they have become the best of friends.

How would you describe your relationship with Summer?
I have worked with Summer since July 2016. I moved to her shop after closing down my nail shop. She made my transition very easy. We have a great work relationship and we are the best of friends. We have many of the same interests. A few are kayaking, hiking, yoga, walking, and playing board games and cards. We usually do things together most weekends. She has a huge heart and would do anything for the people she loves. She is a positive person and I’m lucky to have her in my life.
How has Summer changed from before her career to now?
She had her career as a hairstylist when I met her. She has opened Willow and Bloom since we started working together. She is the hardest-working human I have ever known. She put her heart and soul into these businesses. She is always doing events to grow her business and meet new people.
What impact do you think Summer is making on the community?
Summer has an infectious personality and helps me to be a more positive person. I love working with Summer and also doing the things we love together.
In your words, how is Summer impacting you personally?
I feel like she helps me to be more of a positive person, and to find the positive in bad situations. I tent to think the worst in most situations. Summer reminds me of the good in it.
